EU Settlement Scheme

Williamsons Solicitors, in conjunction with the University of Hull, delivered a presentation on what you need to know about the EU Settlement Scheme, including:

  • who should apply
  • how and when you should apply
  • your rights in the UK when you apply

The session was presented by Frances Ledbury, Immigration Solicitor at Williams, based in Hull. Attendees were invited to submit questions in advance, which formed part of a Q&A session at the end of the presentation.

NB. At the point of confirming their attendance, participants were made aware of the following conditions:

For the avoidance of doubt, in signing up to this online session, please be aware of the following:

  • Any information given by any participant is given freely and with the awareness that many other people may be listening. Should a participant in the online session wish to ask a question about their particular situation any personal details referred to in that discussion are given knowing that others may be listening;
  • The previous bullet point includes those who have asked questions in advance of the session;
  • Williamsons can only give information and advice on the current law and the experience of the representatives of the firm;
  • Should any specific question from any participant take too long to answer or include information that is personal in nature, Williamsons reserve the right to direct them to a private conversation to be had at another time;
  • Should any participant have a specific question or situation in which they would like to request advice from Williamsons, we would ask that they contact us following the end of the session in order to set up a specific appointment.

Please note the correct date on slide 6 of the recording should be 31 January 2020.
