Contacting Us
Your main point of contact is Hubble:
Opening hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (10am start on Wednesdays)
Enrolling as a Student
- Complete online enrolment (Stage 1) through the myHull site
- Complete Stage 2 and get your student card

UK Home Student
- Wait for confirmation: After completing Stage 1, your details will be checked and confirmed on our system.
- Respond to queries: If there are any issues, the appropriate team will contact you for clarification.
- Receive confirmation: Once your details are verified, you'll receive confirmation of your enrollment.
- Collect your student card: Book a slot to collect your card from the Coleridge Room, Canham Turner building.
Note: For most UK home students, Stage 2 should progress quickly without the need for additional in-person verification.

International Student
- Make sure you have completed Stage 1 (online enrolment)
- Schedule a face-to-face meeting: You must meet with the International Engagement & Compliance team to complete Stage 2. Click here to book a meeting
- Prepare documents: Bring your original passport and evidence of your immigration status in the UK.
- Collect your BRP: If you have a Student Visa, collect your Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) from the designated Post Office before your meeting.
- Attend the meeting: Complete the face-to-face verification process with the team.
- Receive your student card: Your card will be given to you once Stage 2 is completed.
Important: You must complete both stages of enrollment no later than your latest course start date.

You can view your full timetable, including any online sessions, by visiting mytimetable.hull.ac.uk.
This website serves as the single source of truth for all your scheduled teaching sessions.
Please note that mytimetable is different from SEAtS. SEAtS only displays your in-person teaching sessions and tracks your attendance, mytimetable provides a full view of both in-person and online sessions.
