Accessing 'Live Chat'
1. Visit the myHull Portal and login using your university email address and password
2. Select ‘Talk To Us’ to access live chat
3. Select 'Live Chat'
4. Enter your name and university email address and select 'Chat Now'. You will be connected to one of our advisors who will be able to assist you.
