To get your student card, you will need to book your collection slot.

Card Collection Event
Venue: Coleridge Room, Canham Turner, University of Hull campus
14th September - 10:00am-3:30pm
Location: Coleridge Room, Canham Turner
We will be open on the Saturday of Welcome Week from 10:00am-3:30pm. If you wish to attend, please book a slot for this day.
Welcome Week: 16th - 20th September - 9:30am-4:00pm
Location: Coleridge Room, Canham Turner
This room is next to the cafe in the Canham Turner Building near to Student Central building. If you arrive through the North Entrance we would recommend parking in the multistory car park. From there walk into campus and you will see the Student Central Building on the right. Canham Turner is a short walk and you will see signage outside Student Central.
Please book a 15-minute slot to collect your card. When selecting your time, scroll down to see all available slots across the week. We ask that you try to adhere to your allotted time to help avoid queues at the venue.
Important: Remember to bring ID, such as a passport or driving licence.
23rd September - 11th October - 9:30am-4:00pm
Location: Coleridge Room, Canham Turner, University of Hull campus
If you would like to collect your card on or after the 23rd of September, you do not need to book a slot. Please arrive between 9:30am-4:00pm to collect your card.
If you are not available to collect your card during these dates and wish to collect after the 11th of October, please visit the Hubble Centre or the Library Welcome Desk to collect your card prior to your course start date.
Need your card posting?
If you would like your student card to be sent by post to a UK address, please click here to order your card for free through our Online Payment Portal. Please note that we cannot process any orders for cards to be sent to an international address.
This option is ONLY available for UK home students. International students MUST collect their student card when attending their Stage 2 face-to-face enrolment with the International Engagement and Compliance Team.
